Hi there, I'm Katy! I am the owner and Registered Dietitian behind Eat Well 4 Life, specializing in client-focused nutrition & healthy lifestyle coaching for people struggling with weight loss and chronic disease prevention or management. I work with adult clients that are overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition information and exasperated by failed dieting attempts. I help my highly-motivated clients feel confident in their bodies, enjoy food without feeling guilty, improve health markers, and lose weight in a sustainable way so they can keep it off for good!

While studying nutrition in college I went through my own 50 lb. weight loss, so know how terrible it is to feel tired and weighed down by a body that you don't feel comfortable in. I also understand how exhausting and overwhelming it can be trying improve your health on your own. 

My approach to supporting my clients is to provide sustained, personalized support and encouragement based on your individual needs. Together, we utilize a holistic approach to wellness that is so much more comprehensive than just healthy eating.
